I only just got my strobe and triggers today and have started down the path of the Storbist.com blog lighting 102. This is from my first session with it. The wall in the background which is not visible is light cream in colour.
ISO200, f/5.6, 1/60th, 35mm focal length.
Strobe @ 1/8 power directly over subject, diffused by paper.
Canon EOS50D, 580EX II Speedlight, Flashwave III wireless trigger.
