Put together my first DIY ringlight and I am not happy. The LED rope light I have isn't nearly bright enough. The white balance is horrible. It's a yellow magenta color. I couldn't find true white LED ropes.

I hate to go out and get another 12ft to add on the the 18 that is already there but I might just to see if that will help. I think I was at ISO 1100 with a 1/30 exposure at 2.8 and in the studio I hate going over ISO 200 and the shutter speed is simply way to slow.

If this doesn't work out I am going full on big time hardware. Wood, wiring, and bulbs.
