LP160 Flying overhead and back (angled forward/down) - fired through an AB reflector with a 40º honeycomb grid (a Honl speed strap between the flash and the reflector kept the reflector on - but just).

LP160 Camera left and a little back, fired through a Lumiquest Softbox III

SB28 Camera right bare bulb, feathered away from shoes and with the added help of a flag.

You probably wouldn't know it, but inspiration for this shot came from JVL Photography's photos of running shoes.
