Saw this tutorial over on 1x.com and had to try it. Fun stuff. It's a heart shaped spoon sitting on top of a fork which are all on a stainless steel metal sheet with holes in it. That is sitting on top of a einstein with a reflector and was fired by cyber commander.
Post was done LR and PS with topaz labs lens effects fisheye effect on it.
