Richard Berry Photography [on and off] has added a photo to the pool:
When in doubt, call in the 501st!
It's been a while since the Stormtroopers have been in front of the camera and with it being a very rainy evening and me seemingly extrodinarily busy at the moment getting them to pose was a good option for today's photo.
There really is something very special about these guys.
On a side note, I will confess to having put my Nikkor 105mm Micro on eBay since getting the Nikkor 28-300mm. I think that the quality is there with that lens for the work that I do on this level.
I'm not a serious macro photographer and this new lens lets me get close enough and is sharp enough for what I need.
I've included the link to a previous image taken with the 105mm for comparison, I'm not even sure that this one isn't sharper!
Strobist info: 2 Yongnuo YN560s on either side to the front slightly angled in using only the built in bounce cards at lowest power. Fired with Yongnuo wireless trigger.
