Composite photo. Foreground subject and flag taken at twilight. Nikon D7000, 1/250 @f6.3 at ISO 100 with Sigma 10-20mm lens and Nikon SB-910 off camera 45 degrees from subject on camera right on stand with shoot through umbrella. Flash was set on TTL Remote and triggered by Commander Mode. On camera flash did not fire. Fireworks background shot July 4, 2012, Nikon D7000 6.5 sec @ F8 ISO 100. Composited images in Adobe Photoshop. All images were shot RAW and no editing was applied to the images other than removing the subject and flag from original background.
Oh I forgot to add this was my first attempt at "off camera flash" and I have been reading Strobist.com for the past few days. I've been shooting for some time now but I am still learning.
