I took this self-portrait in my house in front of a black sheet draped over a piece of furniture. My right hand conceals an infrared camera trigger. Unsurprisingly, the picture within a picture is Photoshopped.

Vivitar 285HV through 32" umbrella on camera left at 1/4 power. Vivitar 285 through 43" umbrella on camera right at 1/4 power. Triggered with CowboyStudio NPT-04 trigger.
