Doug's Graphics has added a photo to the pool:
Primrose bloom sequence, including white-lined sphinx moth in final frame. Entire sequence bridges about 30 seconds total time.
3 flash setup:
MT-24EX (2:1 camera left over right) on 180mm Macro f/3.2L (acting as master, Canon infrared linkage)
580EXII to subject left and behind low as slave (other blooming flowers cut off line of sight to this flash during the sequence (ARGH!)
580EXII to subject right and behind low as slave
Slaves were about 2 stops below main, ETTL metering
All flashes augmented by external battery packs to ensure rapid recharge.
