The ball is lit from above by a Canon 580EXII, with a gridded snoot, at 1/64. A second flash, at 1/128 is lying on the floor, pointing at the logo. The camera is shooting from about 6 feet, from a high standpoint.
In post I removed some of the reflection on the ball using Lightroom 4.1
