I had my model grab fists full of flour and fling them as she jumped around in my living room studio:P

9ft Black seamless background
60 inch octabox on camera right for key
speed light on camera left, zoomed to 105mm for hair light
speed light on camera left, behind model, zoomed to 50mm I think for rim light behind model
strobe on camera right behind model with a blue gel for back ground color.
some texture was added to the background in post.
