So, I had her wrap the glowire around herself and then dragged the shutter out to get the blue bright enough. Used my 50mm lens set to f1/1.8, 1/6 of a second shutter, and turned the IS feature on.

Yes, this is why I love my E-P3 so. A lens that is, frankly, old than the model, becomes an incredibly useful tool.
