Michael Connell has added a photo to the pool:
My buddy Greg and I were supposed to get together one night for a colaborative model shoot. Our model couldn't make it but that didn't stop us from playing with lights in the dark. We decided to just light up what we could find.
This was taken with my super compact and mobile street strobist setup: a Fuji X100, two flashes (OK, actually three using one of Greg's here), compact stands, and whatever modifiers I can fit in a small messenger bag.
Processing info:
- Raw conversion and exposure tweaks in Lightroom.
- Topaz Labs Detail Feature Enhancement to boost detail a bit.
- Topaz Labs Adjust Spicify lightly blended in with Photoshop for some grungy pop.
- Topaz Labs BW Effects blended in with a luminosity layer for contrast.
Strobist info:
580EX with blue gel in left door way, flagged with Rogue Flashbender.
SB-28 with red gel in right door way.
SB-28 with green gel behind left utility pole.
