Grey-hooded Warbler

Zill Niazi has added a photo to the pool:

Grey-hooded Warbler

This picture is cordially dedicated to my dear friend Steve.

The Grey-hooded Warbler (Phylloscopus xanthoschistos) is a species of leaf warbler (family Phylloscopidae). It is most famous for the way it warbles.

A small insectivorous bird, it is subject to predation by mammals, such as cats and mustelids, and birds, particularly hawks.

Flash fired from top.
