The Cellist

Kyle Winfree has added a photo to the pool:

I had the pleasure of doing this shoot with Elizabeth Post (MM 1772521) and Tom Trio (a great friend of mine who is also probably the best photographer I've ever personally known). We shot near the chapel in the Valley Forge historic park in Pennsylvania. Elizabeth was great, she brought a large variety of dresses to choose from, several instruments, and she really knew what she was doing. She needed very little direction. We told her the mood we were going for, and she fit right into it, changing the pose for each frame to ensure we left with a great variety of shots. I look forward to shooting with her again soon!

This is the first of several to come.

Strobist: Obviously this was at sunset, but we used a beauty dish over head on a boom from the right, powered by a SB-900. A diffused SB-80 was used on the left to provide fill. Lighting was controlled by a three channel pocket wizard in manual mode.

Post processing was done in digiKam and Gimp.
