J.Blair Images has added a photo to the pool:

Simple 3 light set-up. A strip light on both sides with a grid. Just to the side and then back a bit. A little over 1/2 power. Beauty dish just camera left and above with a sock. A bit further back than I would normally do just to try and light up the whole thing.
Split the group in half and lit and shot them separately. See my photo stream for the before and after shot.

Lengthy edit. Started out as two photos...merged them, retouched everything for an illustrated look and then added all other background elements.
