Lee Crosbie has added a photo to the pool:
Lighting 102: Umbrella Specular Portrait.
An excercise from the 'Strobist' web site to photo a person, using one soft light source (shoot-through or reflective umbrella, soft box, scrim, whatever) and angling it so it becomes a specular highlight in a darkish, semi-reflective background.
Its not as easy as you think...its all about angles and lighting on axis.
Yn565EX into a white shoot through umbrella (CR) - the specular highlight is reflected in my 46" TV set as the background.
