70s Style

Broken Jumps has added a photo to the pool:

Here's the thing... I truly enjoy images that were taken during the 70s, as they have a set of colours that modern cameras seem to have lost, and so, every now and then I try to capture a shot inspired by the colours and style of the era. So, just before I was set to begin a themed shoot with Sophie indoors, we took a chance and stole a few warm-up shots outside: It was one of those increasingly rare mornings where we'd been given a crisp, clear sky with the sun beaming down from it, and so we headed over to a local park for a few minutes to seize the moment.

STROBIST: Shot in the morning with the Sun as a hairlight (!), and a Sigma Flash and umbrella to add a small amount of light to the Sophie's face.
