An isopod from the cave at Kamilari, difficult to get completely in focus, and not sure if I have managed it here.
Shot with the Nikon D3100 with the 18-55 kit lens with 32mm of extension rings and a ring flash, held above and slightly to the right. The animal is about 15mm long, Cropped to half size so the image shows original pixels (after small level pulling in GIMP).
I was in the cave as part of a photography course organised by the SPOK Caving Club of Crete with Robbie Shone.
