A two light setup....the subject was back lit with an sb28 @ low power. A second sb28 @ low power over the subject lights the sweets. I used a flag on that speedlite to shield the syringes and keep the light on the sweets. That light shows up on the wine glass rim and the sweets, but its only practice!
