Recently I have been reviewing my old shots, and writing some description of how I shoot them, and last week I started doing a kinda small ebook type document with them. Now I'm uploading one of my favorite last year shots of my friend and amazing model, Misa. In this article I will talk about shooting in dark place, and back lighting the background, so hope you find it useful! One more thing I will white more in the end is our new project called Creative Lightbrary, where me and a friend of mine will share different techniques we are using, and try to make something that photographers will find useful in their shootings!
This shot of Misa is taken at Takedao, very close to Sanda, this is a really awesome location a friend of mine told me about an year ago, and since then I went there a few times. There are old railway tunnels that are not used anymore, and not are a kind of a hiking course. The place is fantastic for experimenting with flashes inside the tunnel! there are about 6 tunnels there, and if you want to walk all of them, you need to arm yourself with a torch!
