Some of the powerlifters that I photographed competing last weekend in the Oxford v Cambridge varsity games.

These are scanner previews within the scanner software. I shot one frame of each person, no bracketing, no chimping, no checking the histogram, no Polaroid. Just good old fashioned light readings and pre-visualisation :-)

These were shot in the warm-up area, the competing was going on next door on the other side of the wall behind these guys.
