Sam on White

So I've been wanting to try out a white background for a while (since I got a second flash). And since I now have 2 Nikon D90's I can take (good) photos of myself holding a camera. So this is that shot.

I'm holding my newer D90, with the 50mm f/1.8D lens and a non-nikon (Zeikos) battery grip. This was shot with my older D90 and the 85mm f/1.8D

The background is a 4x8 piece of gyproc and it's being lit by a shoot-thru umbrella and a Yongnuo 560. The main light is a Nikon SB600 into a Wescott Apollo.

Edited in Lightroom 3 and then in CS4 for the font and a little extra canvas size on the left.
