This is my Niece, we went to visit her as it was her 4th birthday, she was unwrapping her gift and I was pleased that I just caught this pose....
Flash off camera pointing up and bounced of ceiling with a largish white bounce reflector connected to the flash facing forward and slightly down which was above handheld above camera left, if that makes sense...
