Stefan Randholm has added a photo to the pool:
Model: Gata Paracaidista (www.www.fotoplatino.com/gataparacaidista)
Production: Jorge Rueda Cañamero (www.artefan.com)
Location: Agua de Oriente (www.aguadeoriente.com)
We shot this in an arabic hammam in Benalmádena, Spain. The shoot came with some limitations. First of all, there's practically no ambient light to rely on. Second, it's very humid. I had to wait a good while for my equipment, cold from having come in from the street, to fog off. My partner's (non-sealed) consumer camera, which he brought along for some "making off" images, permanently stopped working after having shot his first frame. Our third limitation was that we only had two hours to work before the hammam opened to the public. Mindful of this, I had scouted the location beforehand, and had drawn up a detailed lighting scheme for each of the eight different setups I had decided to shoot. It was a relief being able to work off a sheet, instead of scratching my improvising head whilst frantically checking the clock.
Strobist: An SB900 with a Lumiquest Xtr snoot firing through a lamp fixture in the ceiling above the model. Fired with Pocket Wizards TT1 and TT5.
