I woke up this morning feeling as near to normal as I remember normal feels after a few weeks of being off and on ill. So for the first time in ages, I climbed aboard the bike and rode to work. Fitting then that this extraordinarily posititive piece of marketing from a couple of years ago was atop my t shirt pile when I got in this evening... Believe in better (says the back)
