I was studying books on Microsoft Systems Operations Centre 2007 at work today for a project that my team are currently working on. Microsoft sometimes make easy to use products and other times lord only knows what happens in the development meetings for somethings like this product and stuff like Microsoft Identity Integration Feature Pack. I think they crack out the chimps and chalk and box up the end product!!
