A product shot of Japanese inspired American products (okay, the origami paper used to make the stellated octahedron was actually made in Japan). Basically just an experiment in color and lighting. And yes, I absolutely appreciate the irony of placing products of worldly pleasure into an advertising frame with a religious icon.
Shot with a Canon 7D and a Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L IS USM Macro lens. Lit with a 580 EX II through a white umbrella, and two bare 430 EX II's all at various angles, with a black cloth background and big ol' white cards all over the place.
