Summer Solstace Sunset Sweethearts

Extra Medium has added a photo to the pool:

Summer Solstace Sunset Sweethearts

I love me a good beach engagement shoot, especially with the prospect of dramatic sunset. The only problem is we’re faced with June Gloom here in the summer months along the coast in California. I told them this, but they wanted to make the best of it. So after taking them to a secret spot in the grassy hills, we got back down to the beach and were welcomed with blue skies and clouds on the horizon. At sunset they lit up a bit, and the brave couple heeded my requests to stand in the cold pacific while my off-camera lit them up and I knelt in the water.

“Keep kissing! Now nose-to-nose! Giggle to her in Portuguese. Okay, squeeze her fallopian tubes again, nice!”

My new D4 almost got wet and my SB900 almost fell off it’s stand, but it all worked out, and they got the engagement photos they hoped for. Referral from one of my favorite clients/friends. Thanks guys!
