J.Blair Images has added a photo to the pool:
Lighting: Stripbox with a grid on each side and a little bit behind model. Actually a ways back as well, outside of the 9ft seamless on each side. The front was lit with a socked beauty dish a bit above head height at a slight angle down.
All processing, retouching and compositing done in photoshop CS5.
