A ring flash is something i've actually been wanting to use for a long time but i've never had the chance so this was the first time using a ring flash adaptor on the Bowens in the studio at uni.
Lit with the Bowens ring flash adaptor from the front and two reflector heads from the rear; one at either side. Also used a gold reflector from above to try and bounce a bit of light back onto the top of the head.
