Lavender Bush

Lavender Bush

I had no idea how fuzzy these flowers were until I saw them back lit and close up. It looks like they're in the velcro family.

I put an SB600 in a snoot behind the flower to provide rim and back lighting. I then used an SB600 and a SB700 in softboxes to either side to provide balanced fill light. I also used the pop up flash on my D90 for both front fill light and to trigger the strobes.
