After all that shooting I realized I arranged the fan of pencils backward, thus rendering the words upside down .. oh well, NOT going to go back and redo it .. LOL. This was a study in light and was not as easy as I thought it might be since I see this on Flickr a lot. I just felt like something colorful today, something kind of cheery, and since I have no flowers blooming yet, you get pencils!

AB1600 lowest powder subject above with 30 degree grid, subject right and slightly above AB800 in medium softbox 1/4 power, triggered via sync cord, and pencils on black foam core board with plexiglass on top of it.
