Mamiya 645 AFD with ZD digital back. 1/125" @ f/4, 80mm f/2.8 lens. ISO 50, WB flash.
Minor post in Photoshop to help some of the details pop a bit.
Strobist info: Photogenic PL-1500SL @ 1/8 power in 5' octobox about 7 feet up and angled slightly down, behind and just slightly to camera left. Photogenic PL-1500R @ 1/32 power in 2' x 3' softbox boomed below subject just in front of camera.
